The concentration of wealth at the tippety-tip-top

Inequality of income is well established. This post shows evidence of wealth concentration at the top 0,1% and even the 0,01% of the wealth distribution. Within the top 1%, wealth divers sharply creating distortion in the perception of wealth within the rich. The atuhor calls it the “Me? I’m not rich!” problem. It highlights a paradox: half american believe the rich should pay more taxes but the rich are in denial of their wealth.
