Wage inequality and firm growth

Holger Mueller, Paige Ouimet and Elena Simintzi explain how to measure the skills premium (the wage difference between high and low-skilled workers). They point out that this skills premium increases with firm size. Thus, increasing wage inequality could be explain by firm growth in developed countries.
